fyrst I bequethe my soll to almighty god & to (our lady seyntt)

mary & to all the co[m]pane of hevyn & my body to be (buried in)

the church  yarde rushden in primis I bequethe to the mother (church)

The right hand edge of this will is damaged.
* two words have been inserted here but the second is unclear; ‘the a___’
**It is possible that this name is Walter not Watts
***It is possible that this name is Dabys (a form of Dabbs)

Although the date is damaged this will was proved between 1531 and 1538, others filed near to it in the book were proved in 1536. Surname possibly PUMFRETT.
