Ann Mee


This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann MEE of Rushden in the County of Northampton widow I give and bequeath all my money and securities for money household furniture and all my effects & personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or sortsoever the same may consist at the time of my decease unto Mr Walter Spong Senr and Mr Thomas Church both of Higham Ferrers In trust for my dear sister for her natural life the interest of all money and use of all my goods and furniture The principal and Goods after her decease to be equally divided between the surviving children of my dear sister share and share alike I appoint Mr Walter Spong Senr Farmer and Mr Thomas Church Glazier both of Higham Ferrers aforesaid Executors to this my last will and Testament In witness hereof I the said Ann Mee the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty three.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix Ann Mee as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in the presence of her and of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof I give and bequeath to my newphew Thomas Mason my watch immediately after my decease and likewise 6 tea spoons to my niece Alice Mason.
