Will of Micah MAY, dated 28th of July 1633
In the name of god amen I Micah MAY of Rushden in the County of North weaver being sick of body but of a perfect memory thanks be given to god for the same do this xxviijth of Jully in the year of our Lord 1633 make and ordayne this my Last will Testament In manor and fourme as thus followeth first I bequeath my soule into the Hands of allmighty god my maker and to Jesus Christ my redeemer and my body to be buryed in the Churchyard of Rushden
Imprimis I give to my sonne Nathanell my best Lumme and this to be dellivered to him at the age of fifteene yeares by my Executor
Item I give to my sonne Michah xxs and this to be payd him at the age of fifteene yeares by my executor
Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth my best Cubard my Lesser Cofer on payre of flaxen Sheets on hemp board Cloath two pewter platers on bible and theyse thinges to be delivered to hir at day if mariage or at the age of xxjth years by my Executor
Item I give to my daughter Mary on Table in the Chamber my best Cofer my bigest brasse pot two pewter platers on payre of flaxen Sheets and they to be delivered to hir at the day of mariag or at the age of xxjth years by my Executor
Item I give to my daughter Hanna on payre of hemp Sheets two pewter platers and these to be dellivered to hir at the day of mariag or at age of xxjth years by my Executor
Item I give to my man John HUIT my best hatt and this to be dellivered to him imediately after my decease
Item all the rest of my goods and Chatels both within doors and without I give to Annis my wyfe whom I make my sole Executor to see my funerall discharged & my debts & legaces payd
