Mr. Robert Marriott, of College House, Higham Ferrers, and Rushden, builder and contractor, who died, on March 15th last, left £17, 952 17s 8d gross, £17, 132 3s 2d net value (duty paid, £5,345).
He left £50 to Leslie Smith, £250 and his effects to his wife, and the residue to her for life and then to his two sons.
Probate has been granted to his sons, Robert A. Marriott, of 86, Portland Road, Rushden, and John R. Marriott, of Wentworth Cottage, Sharnbrook, and to Leslie Smith, of High Street, Kettering.
