In the Name of God Amen I Mary Malory of Rusden in the County of Northampton widow do make this my last will and testament in mannor following;
Imprimis I give and Bequeath unto my five sons in law that is to say William Malory Thomas Malory Richard Malory Robert Malory and Samuel Malory the sum of twelve pence A peice to each of them, I give and bequeath unto my one son John Malory all my goods cattell and chattels of what sort or kinds whatsoever not before herein disposed of, And I Allso nominate & apoint my said son John Malory to be executor of this my last Will In Witnes whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirteen
