Mark Lilley - 1814 will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mark Lilley of Rushden in the County of Northampton Yeoman which I do make publish and declare as follows, that is to say, First I direct that all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be fully paid satisfied and discharged by my Executrix hereinafter named I give and devise unto my wife Elizabeth Lilley All that my Messuage or Tenement with appurtenances situate and being in Rushden aforesaid within and holden by Copy of Court Roll of the Manor of Rushden late in the tenure or occupation of William Sanders and now in my own occupation and which I bought and purchased of and from the said William Sanders and have duly surrendered the same to the use of my will And all other my  Mesuage Lands Tenement and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever And all my Estate Right Title and Interest therein or thereto To hold the same and every part thereof with their appurtenances unto and to the use of my said wife Elizabeth Lilley her heirs and assigns for Ever Also I give and bequeath unto my said wife Elizabeth Lilley All my Household Goods Furniture Plate Linen and China and all my Money and Securities for Money personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of nature kind or sort soever the same shall or may consist at the time of my Decease to and for her own use and benefit she paying satisfying and discharging thereout all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Elizabeth Lilley Sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament And Lastly I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all former and other wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this present writing to be and contain any only true last will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Mark Lilley have to this my last will and Testament contained on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twentieth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
