Elizabeth Jackson 1724

In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Jackson of the parish of Rushden in the county of North’ton widow (being of sound mind and memory praised be God for the same) Do this third day of October in the year of our lord seventeen hundred and nineteen make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Imprimis I give and bequeath to my son Robert Jackson the sum of ten pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid him within one year after my decease Item I give and bequeath to my son James Jackson the sum of ten pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid him when he shall attain the age of one and twenty years Item I give and bequeath all the rest of my goods and chattels unto my son John Jackson whom I make constitute and appoint and ordain to be sole executor of this my last will and testament in confidence that he shall pay all and every the said legacies above mentioned as by me designed and appointed In witness whereof I have hereto put my hand and seal the day and year above written
