Henry Hall - 1712 will

In the Name of God Amen I Henry Hall the elder of Rushden in the County of Northampton – Gent do make my last will & Testament in manner following First I give and bequeath unto my son William Hall threescore pounds and to my son Thomas Hall threescore pounds and to my son Samuel Hall thirty pounds which said severall Legacies I appoint to be paid within twelve months after my decease And I give all my Copyhold Land Messuages Lands Tenants and Hereditaments wheresoever to my son Henry Hall and his heyres forever Subject to and chargeable with the payment of the said severall Legacys if my personall Estate shall not be sufficient Item I give unto my son John Hall one shilling And I give unto my said son Henry all my personall Estate whatsoever whom I make Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand and Seale the Twelfth Day of January Anno Dom 1711
