(5th June 1530), I Nicholas Glenton parson of Russheden next Higham Ferrers beynge sick of body but whole of mynde thanks be to God make my testament & last wyll in manner & forme followynge. First I bequeathe my soul to God allmyghtie to Our Lady…and all the wholly company of hevyn and my (body) to be buryed in the chauncell of Our Lady … Russheden aforesaide.
