This is the last Will and Testament of Samuel Foskett of Rushden in the County of Northampton
I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Foskett the whole of my real and personal estate for her own absolute use and benefit consisting of Two copyhold Messuages situate in the said parish of Rushden all my household furniture plate linen china pictures books all my stock in Trade, live and dead farming stock All monies, book debts and securities and I hereby direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid out of my real & personal estate and I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Mary Anne Foskett sole executrix of this my will Dated this Twentieth day of July One Thousand Eight hundred and Forty
