John Brawn - will 1822

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Brawn of the Parish of Rushden in the County of Northampton Wheelwright and being of sound Mind and Memory It is in Matter & Manner following

I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Sophia to her sole use and Benefit all and every part of my Property whatsoever and howsoever placed that is to say The House I now inhabit with the Lands Cottage & Buildings adjoining or appertaining thereto together with my Household Furniture & Linen, Wearing Apparel Monies Plate Stock in Trade Utensils in the same BookDebts and all other and every other Property whatsoever of which I may now or hereafter have any legal claim

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my dear Wife Sophia Executrix and James Ward of Souldrop in the County of Bedford Butcher with Joseph Hindes of Sharnbrook in the same County Baptist Minister Executors of this my last Will and Testament in manner jointly as I have herein declared. In Witness whereunto I have set my Hand & Seal this twenty second day of April in the year of our Lord God One thousand eight hundred and twenty two
