December the 22d 1674

In the name of God Amen I Christopher Beeby of Rushden in the County of Northampton, being weake of body but of perfect sence & Remembrance doe make & ordayne this my last will and testament, in manner and forme following first I bequeath my soule into the hands of allmighty God my maker hopeing thorough the meritorious death and suferings of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, to Receive free pardon of all my sinns and my body to be buried in Christian buriall acording to the discression of my executrix, and as for that worldly goods wherwith it hath pleased God to intrust me I give therof as ffolloweth,
Imprimis I give and bequeath unto Martha Bankes neeice unto Sarah my wife the sume of twenty pounds of lawfull money of england to be payed to hir the said Martha within seven yeares after the decease of me the said Christopher Beeby by my executrix
Item I give to Ruth Goodwin & Jane Goodwin my neeces the sume of ten pounds to be equally divided betwixt them, and to be payed to them by my executrix within three yeares after my decease Item I give & bequeath unto Susanna Buswell & Mary Buswell the sume of ten pounds to be divided betwixt them two in equall portions within five yeares after my decease
Item I give & bequeath unto Jane Goodwin my sister the sume of forty shillings to be payed to hir the said Jane within one yeare after my decease.  Item all the Rest of my moveable goods & Chattles I give unto Sarah my wife whome I make soul executrix of this my last will and testament, Revokeing all other wills and testaments. In wittnesse hereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare above written
