William Barry 1795 Will

In the Name of God Amen I  William Barry Cordwainer of the parish of Rushden in the County of Northampton being of a sound and disposing Mind and Memory and considering the uncertainty of this Transitory Life, Do make and ordain Publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following That is to say all my Worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I give bequeath and dispose here of as follows – Imprimis I give bequeath and dispose to my loving Wife Ann Barry   Her Heirs and assigns for Ever all that my Copy hold estate situate and being in the parish and parish field of Rushden aforesaid now in my own occupation Together with all and Singular The Rights members or Appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the Same I further give and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann Barry all and singular my Household Goods and furniture together with my wearing Apparel and all my moneys and Books Debts Dues and Demands and all my Personal and Real Estate Whatsoever and Wheresoever and lastly I do Nominate Constitute and Appoint Ann my said Wife to be my only and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Whom I charge with the payment of all my just debts and funeral expences and I do hereby ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twentieth Day of January in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and Ninety-five
