The last will and testament

nuncupative of Rich Warren late of Rushden deceased

memorandum that the sayd deceased about Shrovetide

last being of perfect minde & memory did declare

& make his last will & testament in manner & forme

following. First he gave & bequeathed all his

goods cattells & chattels unto Helen his wife and

to George Warren his sonne to be equally divided

between them. And he did make the said Helen

& George joint executors of this his last will and
