Mary Perkins - Will 1826


This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary PERKINS single woman late of Irthlingborough but now of Rushden in the County of Northampton
First I give and bequeath the sum of fifty Pounds which I have upon mortgage, of a house in Stanwick, In the possession of  John CLARK of Catworth unto Mary NOBLE wife of Will – NOBLE Cordwainer of Raunds in the County of Northampton aforesaid her heirs Executors Administrators &c
Secondly I give and bequeath all and every my household furnitore Plate linen ready money Securities for Money and whatsoever may be justly due and owing to me at the time of my decease. And all other my personal Estate & effects (Subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses) unto and to the only proper use and behoof of Sarah the Wife of William RYE Butcher of Irthlingborough in the said County of Northampton, her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely
I also give and bequeath to Sarah the daughter of the said Sarah and William RYE the Bed now in my possession
And lastly I hereby nominate and appoint the aforesaid William & Sarah RYE sole executors of this my last will and Testament and hereby revoke and make void all former wills by me at any time  heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Mary PERKINS the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal, This sixteenth day of Febuary one thousand eight hundred and twenty four
