In the name of god amen I Richard Brittine of Rushden beinge sicke of bodye but of wholl and perfect remembrance have and prayese be unto god ordeine and make this my Laste Will and Testament in manner and forme as followethe
First I bequeathe my Soull into the hands of Allmightye god my maker and Redemer And my bodye to be buried in the Churche yard of Rushden as of righte yt ought
Item I bequeath to my sonne Richard Brittine fortye shillings to be payd when he Cometh to the age of ten years to helpe him to a trade And all the Rest of my goods and Chattels unbequeathed I bequeath to my wyfe Elizabeth Brittine my Debts beinge payd and funeral exspenses discharged whom I ordeine and make my sole executrix of this my Laste Will and Testament
