Whereas Susanna Smith of Rushden Widow is with Child by the said Peter Mason which may become chargeable to the said parish of Rushden aforesaid Now the condition of this Obligation is such that if the said Peter Mason John Mason of Spoldick John Mason of Irchester or either of them their or either of their heirs Executors or Administrators doe or shall from time to time and at all times (in case the Child or Children wherewith the said Susanna Smith now goeth shall at any time or times become in any manner or wise chargeable to the said parish) will and sufficiently provide for and maintain such Child and children and further that if they some or one of them doe and shall from time to time and at all times well and sufficiently keep and save harmless and indemnify the said Thomas Smith John Cooper Henry Darling and Thomas Makerness and their supervisors and heirs and the said Parish of Rushden of and from all Charges and payments disbursements and damages which at any time or times they or any of them shall put unto for or by reason of the Birth of such Child or Children or he provision or maintenance of such Child or Children as aforesaid then the above written obligation to be void or else to stand and remain in full force and virtue
