Beatrice A Fisher

Beatrice A Fisher was daughter of Charles Mason Fisher and Jane, and she was born at Yelden in 1867.

She was teaching music by 1891 and living in High Street with her parents above her father’s watch and jewellery shop. In 1901 she was a toy dealer.

These receipts show she was still teaching music in 1919 when she was tutor to Lily, adopted daughter of Mr Joseph Knight, and living at 153 Wellingborough Road .

Her brother Charles Rootham Fisher also taught music and was a professor of music in America in 1911.

Beatrice died in 1936.
