Book full of tasty tips
A SCHOOL'S winning menus have been printed in a cook book which goes on sale today.
Pupils at Tennyson Road Infants School, Rushden, have had their hot and cold lunch menus printed after winning the Big Recipe Book competition.
The countywide competition challenged pupils to work with their school to make their own healthy menus for school dinner.
From today children and parents will be able to get their hands on the Big Recipe Book which is packed with school recipes and menu ideas for healthy meals and snacks.
The book was endorsed by top chef Rob Rees and offers advice about food and cooking to organisations across the education and health sectors.
It will be launched today at Waitrose in Kingsthorpe, Northampton, and will be on sale at the school for £4.
