It has been decided by the Managers that only one class of 63 children is to be sent into the Mixed Department on May 1st. The other class will be retained in this department until August 1st. This class will be called Standard 1A.
During those three months class 5 will take lessons in Writing, during the afternoons of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and Drawing on Wednesday, each week.
This will take the place of knitting for girls, and Drawing for boys, as arranged for in the timetable.

The Scheme of Work for the year ending April 30th 1908 will be the same as that for last year, with following exceptions:-
1. Standard 1 and class 1 will take four readers instead of three.
2. Classes 2 and 3 take three readers instead of two.
3. Classes 1 and 2 will take Dictation of easy words and sentences.
4. Class 4 will take Giftts 3 and 4 instead of Mosaic work.
5. Class 1 will be given Stories from English History, similar to those given to Standard 1.
