Rushden Factory Fire

Last evening the Rushden Fire Brigade were called by Mr. Frank Skeeles, of Messrs. F. Skeeles and Son, boot manufacturers, Moor-road, to attend at the factory as a fire in the tall chimney had got beyond control of the caretaker. The brigade had turned out in five minutes and by the use of water in two flues the fire was soon put out. No damage was done either by fire or water.
