Insolvency of John Warren

Insolvency of John Warren, of Rushden, in the County of Northampton, Common Carrier.

The said John Warren having assigned all his Estate and Effects to Messrs. Richard Davis, of Newgate-Market, London, and Edward Wood, of Rushden aforesaid, in Trust for Creditors in general of the said John Warren:-

Notice is hereby given,

That the Deed of Assignment if left for Signature at the Office of Messrs. Hodson, in Wellingborough, in the said County of Northampton, to whom the Creditors are requested to send an Account of their resepective Debts.—All Persons indebted to the said John Warren are requested immediately to pay their Debts to the said Assignees, or to Messrs. Hodson, or they will be sued for the same without further Notice.

Wellingborough, 1st April 1803.
