Jessie F Robinson
The business traded in the late 1920s and 1930s as
a Newsagent, Stationer & Fancy Goods Dealer

Miss Jessie Florence Robinson was baptised in 1911 at St Mary's Church, daughter of Charles and Mary Jane, of 4 High Street South.

Her father was well-known as the son of local newspaper supplier from his shop at the corner of High Street and Church Street.

In 1936 she married William Childs, of Rushden Heel Co.

The overstamp reads
"Rushden Working Men's Club & Institute".
