Extract from Photographic Society History:

In May 1949 Mr Clowes, the proprietor of Grafton Studios in Rushden High Street, supplied materials to local photographers.

Charles F Poole, a photographer at Northampton, published a series of postcards of Rushden c1912. He later opened a toy and fancy goods shop here at 93-95 High Street by 1920 and closed about 1940.
