William Pack

Northampton Mercury, 29th April 1826

Notice is Hereby Given

That William Pack of Rushden, in the County of Northampton, Grocer and Baker, hath by Indenture bearing Date the 24th Day of April instant, assigned all his personal Estate and Effects to John Barber Tuck, of Wellingborough, Grocer; William Warren, of Welling borough, Grocer; and William Blott, of Higham Ferrers, Farmer; in trust for the equal Benefit of such of his Creditors as shall execute the said Indenture within three Months from the Date thereof.—And such indenture was duly executed by the said William Pack, John Barber Tuck, and William Warren, on the Day of the Date thereof, and by the said William Blott, on the 26th Day of April instant, and the Execution of the same by the said several Parties is attested by Isaac Robinson, of Wellingborough aforesaid, Solicitor.
