Northampton Mercury, 21st June 1834
The Creditors of William Marriott, of Rushden, in the county of Northampton, Blacksmith, Grocer, and Farmer, who hath been discharged under the Act of Parliament made and passed in the Seventh Year of the Reign of his late Majesty, for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England, are requested to meet at the Office of Mr. Robinson, Attorney at Law, Sheep Street, Wellingborough, on Monday the Seventh Day of July next, at the hour of Twelve in the Forenoon precisely, for the purpose of directing and approving in what manner, and at what time and place the Real Estate of the said Insolvent shall be SOLD BY PUBLIC AUCTION, consisting of Two Freehold Messuages, Dwellinghouses, or Tenements, Blacksmith's Shop, and premises, situate at Wymington, in the County of Bedford; and of a Copyhold Messuage, Cottage, or Tenement, Blacksmith's Shop, Shed, Outbuildings, Orchard, and a Close of Copyhold Land, and Premises, situate in the parish of Rushden aforesaid, or such interest as he may have therein.
