BANKRUPTCY
The public examination of Robert William Jarvis, 13, Church-st, Rushden, cycle and motor repairer, trading as Bob Jarvis, took place at the Northampton Bankruptcy Court on Tuesday. Liabilities £204 19s 10d., available assets £90 8s 8d; deficiency £114 12s 2d. Debtor said that when he entered the Army his business was shut up. He restarted when he came out of the Army, and also carried on a carting business, but he did not make it pay owing to bad trade. He had done no betting or gambling. Adjourned to June 7th.
