D & E R Cutmore, were cycle agents and repairers, at 78 Wellingborough Road, in 1936.
David moved into High Street, first to No. 87, then next to the Independent Wesleyan Church.

Edward Cutmore opened a shop at 18 Church Street, the former W H Darnell's Furnishers, in the 1950s, but they kept the Wellingborough Road shop open.

The Church Street shop was still trading in the 1980s.

When the shop closed the Salvation Army made this a Charity Shop, and after moving down Church Street to the corner of John Street, they converted this into a thriving Coffee Shop called the Olive Branch. Sadly at the start of Covid in 2020 they announced it would close down.
