Samuel Chettle - Arthur Coleman
Fruiterer & Fishmonger
These three adverts from 1917/8 show that Arthur Coleman had taken over as a fishmonger, from S Chettle, and he had a smoking shed — first at 100 High Street South, moving to 91 High Street South (formerly Ralph Bird's shop).

In the 1861 census Samuel Chettle was trading as a fishmonger in High Street. He moved to 100 High Street South about 1900, then aged 69. Samuel died in 1912 aged 81, and his wife Susan died in 1921 aged 86. They were buried in grave B779 in Rushden Cemetery.

Arthur Coleman continued to trade from 91 High Street South at least upto 1940.
