A Genteel RESIDENCE, situate in the populous Village of Rushden, in the County of Northampton, late in the Occupation of Mr. Daniel Prestland, deceased. The Premises are in excellent Repair, and genteely furnished, with the increasing Practice attached thereto; there is also a considerable Number of Villages near Rushden, to which the Practice extends. The Medicines and Instruments for the Use of the Practice to be taken at a Valuation, and also the Household Furniture, if requested; so desirable an Opportunity seldom offers.

A Convenient Post Windmill, situate in the parish of Rushden, in the county of Northampton, near to the village and adjoining the road leading from thence to Wymington, working a pair of French Stones and a pair of Peak Stones, with dressing machine and every other requisite; and all the Close of Land in which the Mill stands, containing about two acres and a half. There is a barn and stable near the mill.—The Mill and Premises may be seen on application to Mr. James Green, the present tenant; and all particulars known of Mr. Reedham, Solicitor, Kimbolton.
