Tribunal - Dentist’s AppealBertram Allen, aged 37, Grade 3, of Kettering and Rushden, manufacturer of artificial teeth, made a personal appeal. Mr. Newton (solicitor) said that Allen had branches at Rushden, Rothwell, and Desborough. Most of his work was for the working classes. In the last six months his takings were over £600.Open exemption was granted to May 1st.
