Horace Wright, Ltd., (350,116) was registered on March 2, as a private company with capital of £1,000 in 1,000 shares of £1 each. The objects are to carry on business as wholesale and retail drapers, silk mercers and weavers, cotton spinners, cloth manufacturers, outfitters, dealers in leather goods, manufacturers of and dealers in boots and shoes, etc.

The directors are: Samuel H. Wright and Eliza A. Wright, both of 2, Essex-road, Rushden. Qualification, £1. Remuneration as fixed by the company. Secretary: H. S. Wright.
