Lord Luke Addresses Rushden Parade

Four hundred young people gave a salute to Lord Luke of Pavenham at Rushden on Sunday afternoon.

The occasion was an Empire Youth Sunday parade by the Rushden youth organisation, and the parade, headed by the Salvation Army Band, comprised Army Cadets, Scouts and Guides, Boys' and Girls' Brigades, Nursing Cadets and representatives of the Sunday Schools and  Bible Classes.
