St Peter’s Football Club
A well-attended meeting was held last Friday for the purpose of placing the club on a firmer basis. After a few good words from Mr. Marriott and the Rev. E. G. Betenson, the following officers were elected: President, Rev E. G. Betenson; vice-presidents, Messrs. G. Mason, Marriott, Chettle, Dickens and Dr. Greenfield; committee, Messrs. Brandon, Buttling, Craddock, Mackness, Skerritt and Hart; hon. sec. and treasurer, H. Buttling. It is to be hoped that the team will stick together, and then a successful season is assured.
