United Prayer Meetings
The first of a series of united prayer meetings as arranged by the Evangelical Alliance was held on Monday in the Old Baptist Meeting.
There was a good attendance from the various Nonconformist places, the address being given by the Rev. G. O. Parr (Independent Wesleyan).
Meetings were held all the week in the different chapels and will be concluded by a meeting in the Public Hall on Sunday evening.
