This is the last Will and Testament of me William Taylor of Bozeat in the county of Northampton Victualler First I give and Bequeath the sum of Ten pounds to be equally divided between all and every the children of my son Joseph Taylor as shall be living at the Time of my Decease I give and Bequeath to my Sons William James & Henry Taylor & to my Daughter Grace Nicholls the Wife of John Nicholls the sum of Ten pounds a piece all which said legacies I direct and order my Executrix hereinafter named to pay Twelve Months after my Decease I give to my said Son Joseph Taylor my mourning Suit of Cloaths & my best hat I give to my Son William Taylor my Livery Suit of Cloaths & my Silver lined hat I give to my Son James Taylor my Livery Frock and Waistcoat & my best great coat I give to my Son Henry Taylor my Fustian Frock my green Wastecoat & my pair of plated spurs I give and Bequeath all my Shirts Boots Shoes & Stockings to and amongst all my Children to be equally divided between them Share & Share alike I give my Clock to my Grandaughter Grace Nicholls I give to my said Son William Taylor my Trundle Bed in the Brew house chamber with the Flock Bed thereunto belonging two Blankets and one pair of hempen Sheets I give and Bequeath all the rest and residue of my moneys goods Chattells and personal Estate whatsoever unto to my Dear wife Mary Taylor she paying thereout my just Debts and Funeral Expenses & do Nominate and appoint her the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal the Twenty Sixth Day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty nine
