| Will—The late Mr. Edward Parsons, J.P., of The Cottage, Irchester, farmer, who died on Sept. 16th 1922, left estate of the gross value of £11,887/4/4 with net personalty £102/12/9. Probate of the will has been granted to his widow, Mrs. Parsons; his son, Frank Flintham Parsons; and his son-in-law, Thomas Algernon Baker, dentist. The testator left his household effects to his wife during her widowhood, with remainder to his four daughters, £1,000 to his son, Thomas Edward Parsons, or if dead then to his children, and the residue of the property to his wife for life, with remainders to his children as she may appoint, or (failing appointment) to his children or their issue in equal shares. |
