30th of May in the 29th year of our Sovereign Lady Elizabeth, I Elizabeth Kydall of the parish of Waldron make this my last will and testament. Commend soul to God etc and my body to be buried in the churchyard of Waldron parish.
I give unto Robert Kydall all my lands and tenements in the limits and bounds of Higham Ferryes to have and hold for him his heirs forever holden as copyhold for ever…. I give and bequeath unto the said Robert the lease of the vicarage of Higham Ferryes with all the commodities and profits thereunto belonging which I did take of George Dacres Esquire.
Note: Various other bequests are included in this will but do not relate to Higham.
