In the Name of God Amen I Israel Church of Wymington
in the County of Bedford being of sound mind & memory
(thanks be to God) do make this my last Will & Testament in manner
following I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God
my Creator and Redeemer;^and my body to be buried by my
Executors and with those worldly goods
it hath pleased God to bless me, I dispose of them in
manner following. To my Loving Brother in law
Jonathan Church now living at London I do give the sum
of fifteen pounds, allso to his two children viz: Hannah
and Israel I do give five pounds a piece to be paid to
them as they shall attain to the age of one and twenty years
Allso to my Brother John Church his Eight Children
I do give ye several and respective sums of five pound apiece
as they shall successively attain to ye age of one and twenty
years viz: five pounds to be paid as above specifyed to
Elizabeth the Eldest and so on to Joseph the youngest of ye said
said eight Children. Allso I do give to my Loving Sister Sarah
Church the sum of forty pounds to be paid to her one
year after my decease; the rest of my goods of wh(at) kind
soever I do give to my Dear Mother Sarah Church
My Loving Brother William Church and my Brother in
law Richard Lilly whom I appoint Joint Executors
of this my last Will and Testament, only I do give
to Martha Richards Wid. a Guiney, to her four daughters
twenty shillings apiece to her three sons viz: Samuel
Simon & Mark Richards twenty shillings apiece; and
George gale twenty shillings, wch respective Legacies
are to paid by my Executors. I desire the Revd . Mr
Richard Newcome and Mr Robt : Richards to see this ye my
will duly executed. Revoking all other Wills or Will
by me heretofore made I declare this to be my Last ^ Will and
Testament. Witness my hand & seal this seventeenth day of
November in the year of our Lord 1713
