The population of the town was 56
Parish Church. Dedicated to St John the Baptist.
Endowed with land, and tithe rent charge, now about £78, fees, next to none.
Free Sittings 50 or 10 pews, 30 or 6 enclosed pews.
On 30th March 1851 - in the morning General Congregation 13, Sunday Scholars 9.
