Wollastonian Accidentally Killed
Pte. J. F. White, of the Labour Battalion, eldest son of Mr. Charles White, Queen Street, Wollaston, fell from a railway track and was accidentally killed in France on November 8th. He was 22 years of age and the first one to join up in Wollaston under Lord Kitchener's scheme, three years last August. Price to enlisting he was a shoe operative in the employ of the Northants Boot Productive Society at Wollaston. [cwgc - died 9th Nov]
