DEATH IN PALESTINE—News has been received by Mr. and Mrs. S. Webb, of 5, North-street, Raunds, that their son, Pte. G. H. Webb, Northants Regiment, aged 29, was taken ill in Palestine, and died on Sept 7th. The deceased soldier enlisted in November, 1913, and was mobilised on August 14th, 1914. He left England on July 29th, 1915, serving in the Dardanelles, Egypt, and Palestine for over three years.
