The Late Mrs Wagstaffe – On Saturday last the funeral took place of Mrs. John Wagstaffe, who died on March 21^st, after a long and painful illness. Mrs. Wagstaffe was very much respected and esteemed in the village. She had always taken great interest in all that went on in the place, and gave her help in anything that was got up for the good of the parish. She was a good Churchwoman and a sincere friend, and will be greatly missed by all.
