Inquest—The Coroner (Mr J C Parker) held an inquest last Friday on the body of Sarah Stevenson, of Upper Farm, Knuston, who died as the result of a fall sustained some weeks ago. The deceased was 68 years of age and an invalid. Sarah Stevenson, her daughter, said she looked after deceased, who fell out of her chair on March 19th. She did not complain until the following Friday, and she then took to her bed and a doctor was sent for. She was then removed, by his order, to the Poor Law infirmary.

Jennie Roberts, a nurse, said deceased passed away on April 24th.—Dr Andland said deceased had a fracture of the left collar-bone, several bruises, and jaundice.—The Coroner returned a verdict of “Accidental Death.”
