After an illness lasting for many years, Mr. Arthur Albert Head, of 28, Grove-street, Higham Ferrers, passed away on Sunday at the age of 62 years. He leaves a widow, three sons and five daughters.
The Vicar of Higham Ferrers (Rev. Philip Kirk) conducted the funeral service at St. Mary's Church on Wednesday, when the mourners were Mrs. Head (widow), Mr. P. Head and Mr. W. Head (sons), Mrs. Britchford (daughter), Mr. H. Smith (son-in-law), Mrs M. Percival (daughter), Miss E Head and Miss Edna Head (daughters), Mr. J. Head (son) and Mr. S. Head (brother).
Another daughter, Mrs. H. Smith, was unable to attend. Funeral arrangements were carried out by Messrs A Sanders Ltd, Rushden.
