Funeral of Mr. F. G. Felce

THE flag above Higham Ferrers Town Hall was flying at half-mast last week as a mark of respect for Ald. Fred Gifford Felce, an alderman of the town since 1958 and a councillor for 19 years. Cremation was at Kettering after a funeral service at Higham Ferrers Parish Church.

Immediate mourners were: Mr. and Mrs. T. Lowther, Mr. P. J. Lowther, Mr. and Mrs. B Bailey, Mr and Mrs. F. Felce, Mrs. E. Foster, Mr. S. Robertshaw, Miss M. Bruce, Mrs. M Martin, Mrs. E. Backwood Mrs L. Crick.
