The Funeral took place on Tuesday at Chelveston of Mrs Emma Louisa Farr, who died on Sunday at the age of 50. Mrs Farr had been ill for about 18 months. Besides the husband, one son and one daughter are left to mourn their loss. The Rev W H McCleery (Rector) officiated at the funeral, the arrangements for which were made by Mr F Parker, of Higham Ferrers. The first part of the service was held in the church, where the hymn “Abide with me” was sung. Miss McCleery was the organist. The interment was in the churchyard.
