Higham Ferrers Boy Killed

Much sympathy will be felt with Mrs. Dawes, of 29 Wellingborough-road, Higham Ferrers, who has received official news that her son, Pte. H. Dawes (Bedford Regt.) was killed in action on July 1st. The deceased soldier was only 17 years of age, having pluckily enlisted when only a boy.
