Fatal Wounds

Pte. A J Coleman, Northants Regt., the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Coleman, Farndish-road, Irchester, died of wounds (received on Oct. 22nd.) and meningitis of the spine on Nov. 7th in Cardiff Hospital. He was buried in the cemetery of that town on Nov. 12th both his father and mother attending the funeral. The late Pte. Coleman was formerly employed by Mr. G. E. James as a milkman. Much sympathy is felt for his parents, who have two other sons in the Army—Pte. F. Coleman, who has been severely wounded, but is now getting on well, and Pte. H. Coleman, a prisoner of war in Germany.
