Wellingborough News, 8th April 1887, transcribed by Kay Collins
Wm. Clements

Sudden Death—On Monday last a man named Wm. Clements, pressman, in the employ of Messrs. Parker and Co., of Higham Ferrers, went to his work after dinner, and shortly afterwards complained of being ill.

A conveyance was procured, and he was taken home and died as soon as he was in the house. One day last week, going back after dinner, the deceased was hurrying and was taken ill and had to be conveyed into a neighbour's house, but recovered and was able to resume his work the next morning. He was between 60 and 70 years of age. He leaves a widow but no family.
